Leadership

ICOMET GROUP is led by brothers Wim and Tom Pynaert.
Wim steers the company toward performance and action, while Tom safeguards the soul and structure of the organization. Their complementary leadership ensures balanced and effective management across the group.

Their collaborative approach promotes a 360° vision, where each area of expertise contributes to informed decision-making, and initiative is encouraged to adapt quickly to market changes.
