Certified Burglar-Resistant Counters: RC3 to RC5
Our counters are certified according to the European standards EN 1627 to EN 1630, with resistance classes ranging from RC3 to RC5. These burglar-resistant performances guarantee protection against different levels of attack:
- RC3: Protection against attacks with basic tools such as screwdrivers and hammers.
- RC4: Resistance against experienced burglars using heavier tools such as axes and hand drills.
- RC5: Protection against organized attacks with power tools such as angle grinders.
In addition, we also offer models tested according to MBE3, a classification developed by the CSTC (Belgian Building Research Institute), specifically for the Belgian context and compliant with the strictest regulations for burglar-resistant counters.
The tested burglar resistance includes three types of loads:
