This bullet- and burglar-resistant service window is custom-made to suit your needs and the desired resistance class.
All details regarding the minimum and maximum standard dimensions can be found in our technical data sheet. It is also possible to combine several of our service windows to meet specific requirements.
Optional cumulative performance features
Base levels:
- Burglar resistance CR3, CR4, or CR5 (according to EN 1627-1630)
- and/or bullet resistance FB4, FB5, FB6, FB7, AK47 (according to EN 1522-1523)
with the option to add the following features:

Possible configurations of the bullet- and burglar-resistant service window
Fixed frame with or without transom, with or without integration of: door, sill, fanlight, or service hatch accessories.
Solid or glazed panel.
Transfer accessories
Various compliant transfer accessories are available, depending on the required levels of bullet and burglar resistance, with optional fire-resistant combination:
- Facade service hatches
- Document trays
- Cash and coin trays
- Parcel and package pass-throughs
Adjustable counter and cladding
The counter can be adapted for easy and direct access to the service window. For example, the counter height can be adjusted to improve accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
Recommended counter heights:
- For people with reduced mobility: 740 to 790 mm
- For standing users: 1060 to 1100 mm
The counter cladding can also be made from various materials to match the aesthetic and branding of your reception area. It can also be equipped with a writing surface or a bag holder to ensure optimal comfort for your clients.
