MBE3
This RC4 MBE3 door complies with the Belgian banking protocol FINCERTIF (level MB/E3). The manual “Protection Mécanique et de Construction” contains the FINCERTIF specifications and describes the tests carried out on the entire wall and door assembly. The attack test aims to simulate a real burglary by providing the attacker with a set of tools, which they can use freely within a defined time frame.
FINCERTIF takes into account both the type of tools used and the duration of the attack. Unlike the EN 1627-1630 standard, these two variables can be freely combined to better match the required resistance levels.
The MBE3 classification means that class 3 duration was achieved using the following tools:
- M = mechanical tools
- B = battery-powered electric tools
- E = mains-powered electric tools
Optional performances can be combined
Basic level RC4 according to EN 1627-1630 and MBE3 according to Fincertif, with the option to add the following performances:
