A modular technical design, tested and approved
The Portakit class 4 burglar-proof door is designed in the modular spirit of Bunkerkit® and Metal Quartz solutions, although it is delivered in a standard ready-to-install version. Its system consists of three separate parts to be assembled, including the door itself, the 3-point security lock, and compliant accessories. This design is tested on both sides (inside and outside), ensuring optimal performance regardless of the direction of attack.
This product is available in two standard versions and can be ordered in a simple reversible RC4 version or in a RC4 + AK47 version with hinge-side attack for high-level bulletproof protection. This class 4 burglar-proof door can incorporate AK47-level ballistic performance (certified according to EN 1522-1523) to meet the requirements of very high-risk environments.
In terms of locking, Metal Quartz offers four variants of security locks, mechanical or motorized, allowing adjustment according to the functional needs of each project. All these options comply with the tests carried out and are included in the test reports.
The finish is also meticulous: sandblasting + powder coating, metallization for outdoor use, fixed handles and knobs, recessed or surface-mounted door closers, as well as several types of magnetic contacts (door leaf position, bolt end) are available depending on the application.
