3 lifting systems
Our burglar-resistant sectional door (CR3 or CR4 according to EN 1627-1630), model T80-ISO, offers three types of lifting systems to suit all bay and building configurations:
- NS system: standard lift
- HS system: high hybrid lift
- VS system: vertical lift
T80-ISO model: the ultra-insulating sectional door
In the development and construction of modern industrial buildings, insulation plays a key role. For example, it makes sense to choose 100 mm steel sandwich panels for both cladding and roofing. However, adding doors with only 40 mm of insulation reduces the return on that investment. The cold still enters where protection is weaker. On average, a sectional door remains closed more than 90% of the time. Therefore, a well-insulated door results in significant energy savings, while also being environmentally and socially responsible.
Our T80-ISO burglar-resistant sectional door offers the same options and finishes as the T40-ISO model, but with double the insulation thickness (80 mm instead of 40 mm). This makes it an attractive alternative to improve a building’s thermal insulation and achieve substantial energy savings.
This panel offers an impressive U-value of 0.289 W/m²K.
Dimensions of the burglar-resistant sectional door
All CR3 and CR4 sectional doors (according to EN 1627-1630) are fully custom-made, then assembled and installed on-site by specialized and experienced installation partners.
The wide range of possible dimensions is defined by the official CR3 and CR4 test reports, with a maximum surface area of 45 m².
All details regarding the minimum and maximum standard dimensions can be found in our technical data sheet.
Finishes of the burglar-resistant sectional door
While security remains our highest priority, we do not overlook the visual appearance of our burglar-resistant sectional doors.
Depending on the panel model selected, you can choose from 3 standard RAL colours to powder-coat the exterior face of your door. By default, the interior face is always finished with galvanized steel sheeting.
On request, the burglar-resistant sectional doors can be powder-coated in any RAL colour of your choice, both exterior and interior.
