- a bullet-resistant counter according to EN1522-1523 (classes FB4, FB5, FB6, FB7 and AK47)
- a burglar-resistant counter according to EN1627 – 1630 (classes RC3, RC4, RC5 and MBE3)
- or a combination of both performances
The counters can also be combined with additional features such as fire resistance, thermal insulation, blast protection, as well as airtight, windproof and/or waterproof design.

1. Outdoor counters
Designed for installation outdoors or on the façade, for example at:
- guard posts
- night counters
- reception areas outside the perimeter
- etc.
Our outdoor counters are available with or without an intercom. Depending on your needs, they can be designed as burglary-resistant counters (WK3, WK4, WK5 and MBE3), as bullet-resistant counters (FB4, FB5, FB6, FB7 and AK47), or in a configuration combining both levels of protection, thereby ensuring user comfort and maximum security.
2. Transfer hatches
These are suitable for the secure exchange of documents or small items. The range includes:
- flat transfer trays
- versions with bullet or burglar resistance
3. Cash trays
Compact transfer systems for banknotes, coins, and smaller documents. Commonly used solution for banks, public service counters, or ticket sales.
4. Deep transfer drawers
For transferring larger items, such as files or parcels. These drawers are available in reinforced versions up to resistance class RC5 / FB7. Very large sizes are also possible.

The counters of the secured counters can be equipped with an adjustable tablet for optimal accessibility — including for persons with reduced mobility (PRM).
Tablets can be finished with writing surfaces, luggage racks, or other user-oriented features.
Speech slots & intercoms
Clear communication is essential, especially when the secured counter forms a physical barrier between visitor and employee. Metal Quartz provides two types of voice support:
- Mechanical speech slot: contactless, ideal for hygiene-sensitive environments
- Intercom system: with microphone and speaker, integrated into the work surface or transfer system

In addition to security, we attach great importance to aesthetics and integration. All secured counters are finished according to your corporate identity and the appearance of your building:
- RAL color of your choice (for interior or exterior)
